When the consignment is 80% totally completed, packed and ready for shipment, our Inspectors, working in the interests of and on behalf of our clients, make a random inspection of products using a systematic sampling plan known as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, DIN 40080, ISO 2859 or NF X 06-022 for inspection.

Working with client approved samples and using a pre-agreed quality detail check list, including data measurement, workmanship, function test, quantity, colour, size specifications and packaging, our Inspectors make systematic physical checks to provide a reliable, accurate and fair assessment of the batch average quality standard.

A full written report is submitted to clients with extensive data and images, any faults found are separated into critical, major or minor, with the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) formula being used to determine the conclusion.
