In order to ensure that all products and packaging meet agreed quality standards, the monitoring of production should begin when the first product of a

batch is completed, to assist in detecting defects or deviations from agreed specifications, therefore reducing risks of final shipment delays due to non-compliance of completed products.

Our Inspectors are present in the factory at the early stages of production, to ensure accuracy, compliance and to identify possible deviations, whilst also providing constructive advice to factory management on corrective measures that may be necessary to ensure uniform batch quality.

Whilst carrying out ”During Production Inspections”, our Inspectors, working on behalf of and in the interests of our clients, are able to verify that any initial discrepancies have been rectified, check on the average quality standard of the production run and retain “mass production representative” samples for submission to clients.
