Our Inspectors, working on your behalf and in your interests, are present at the factory at the beginning of production, to make visual checks and inspections of components, materials and finished products to ensure conformity with agreed specifications before mass production begins.

Quality and quantity of raw materials are compared with approved samples, verifying that your products are being produced with materials which are in accordance with contract specifications.

A review of production techniques and process is carried out to ensure conformity of product specification in mass production, if improvements are required, changes can be recommended, agreed and initiated prior to production start to ensure compliance and to avoid any deviation from agreed standards in the final product specification.
